1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the US BENGOL website, reviewing our food offerings, communicating via our WhatsApp ordering channel, or submitting an institutional bulk request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms detailed herein.

2. Products & Availability

US BENGOL produces and distributes traditional flatbread products: Atta Roti, Maida Roti, and Parota. Because our products are prepared fresh daily to maintain authentic homemade quality:

• Daily production volumes may vary depending on morning demand and kitchen scheduling.
• Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis through our WhatsApp communications channel.
• We reserve the right to temporarily pause orders or adjust lead times to protect food quality.

3. Ordering & Confirmation Process

Our primary ordering channel is direct WhatsApp communication (at +880 1000-000000). An order is considered confirmed only when acknowledged and scheduled by an authorized US BENGOL representative. Estimated totals presented on the website are provided for convenience and are subject to mutual confirmation upon scheduling.

4. Bulk & Institutional Requests

Submitting a bulk order inquiry through our website form does not constitute a binding transaction. Once submitted, our catering team will review your requested quantities, preferred delivery schedule, and location, providing a customized proposal and formal agreement.

5. Nationwide Delivery & Inspection

Products are crafted at our production kitchen in Ullapara, Sirajganj and dispatched through our central distribution hub in Bawgan, Uttarkhan, Dhaka 1230:

• Recipients are encouraged to inspect packaging seals immediately upon receipt.
• Any concerns regarding transit condition or quantity discrepancies must be notified to us via WhatsApp within two (2) hours of delivery.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates subject to regional courier operations and traffic conditions.

6. Modifications & Inquiries
